In line with the on-going rebranding of the Association, I am glad to report to you that we have
recruited a Receptionist to manage the reception desk. Her name is Talent Kanyangara, a Speciss
College graduate in Executive Secretarial Studies. This is an effort to ensure that stakeholders of the
Association are accorded a warm reception when contacting the Association either by phone or in
person. May I call on all stakeholders to give her all the support that she needs as well as wishing her
a long and rewarding career with the Association.
On another note, I wish to appreciate the members of ZBCA for embracing the new subscription
structure. This is the beginning of a long and often painful but necessary journey to make ZBCA a self-
reliant organization. Self-reliance is a prerequisite for successful programming which is the reason for
the existence of our organization. We owe it to ourselves to ensure that the Association achieves the
status of self-reliance by the end of the Association\u2019s 5-year development plan that we are putting
together.
