The Association represents member companies in the National Employment Council for the
Construction Industry and negotiates wages and other collective bargaining agreements with
sector employees leaving the employer to concentrate on projects. The Association also
carries out lobbying and advocacy on behalf of members for work opportunities and a
conducive operating environment. Members are able to network through platforms such as
the Bonafide members WhatsApp group, workshops and seminars. The Association also acts
as an arbitration centre for disputes that may arise between members and their clients.
